He has extensive experience in large hospital projects, project management, dealing with handover and product maintenance programs.
David has built a strong reputation for supporting builders throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes and satisfied clients. He has over 10 years’ experience working with a leading international manufacturer of wall protection and handrail systems, including time as the Australasian Manager. During this period, David provided technical solutions, installation training, product development, and sales and service support across Australasia..
David has extensive experience in government projects, specification in health care and as a key presenter for Architects CPD training, with an excellent understanding in bacteria and preventative maintenance programs. With extensive knowledge of the manufacturing and product performance across most manufacturers David can offer independent advice on the best fit for purpose fit for purpose product to meets all your requirements ensuring the products are not just selected for colour or price.
Specialised Preventative Maintenance (SPM) operates with teams of 6–8 highly skilled installers, each bringing a wealth of industry experience. Our installers are supported by experienced estimators and dedicated Project Managers who oversee every project with care, consistency, and professionalism. This structure ensures clear communication, reliable programming, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish. We also utilise leading industry technology and project management software to track progress, manage compliance, and deliver projects efficiently and transparently.
